The Cost of This World

This piece is a theatrical contemporary-ballet work showcasing the weight and struggle of the human experience in this society by inviting audiences to reflect on the complex, and often demanding, world. The dancers will portray the determination, ambition, and the unyielding drive that propels individuals in hustle culture. The stage will come alive with powerful, dynamic choreography that displays the competitive nature of this lifestyle. As the performance progresses the dancers will convey the emotional toll, burnout, and moments of desperation that results when one reaches their breaking point. This piece will be a poignant reminder of the darker side of hustle culture and the need for love in society.

Inhibitions

Inhibitions is a contemporary work that brings to light the lies that we believe about ourselves that prevent us from truly seeing all the good and beauty that we were individually created for. This work will combine elements of architecture by the use of materials in space. In collaboration with Andrew Strawn, this piece will debut an original composition titled “Be Still” and be performed live.
